The hotel is in the city center, near City Hall, and within walking distance of restaurants and historic buildings. Everything about the hotel was inviting and comfortable. Our room was spacious with a nice sitting area and a full kitchen. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Real scrambled eggs, not powdered, and the hash brown patties were crispy without being greasy. The hotel is well insulated so we didn't hear any street noises on the 7th floor. The staff was gracious and welcoming. We have stayed at several hotels in Oakland, and this one will be our "go to" hotel for future trips.

I cannot wait to return for a much longer stay. Your front desk/Welcoming team are supurb. I wanted to go roaming around the area for places to eat and the gentleman at the door was kind enough to suggest local favorites and provide directions. Everyone made me feel so secure and welcomed. The room itself was huge! I took pictures to show friends and family. Okay, I'll stop gushing. But honestly why would anyone stay anywhere else when they have this gem?

The bartender Joey was excellent interact with customer was the best ever kind..funny. help with direction..very knowledgeable about the area..The chef food was outstanding prices of drinks and food very reasonable 👌 😀. Housekeeper outstanding..Room was cleaned. bed comfortable..

I love how the breakfast buffet quality was good! Comfortable suites you get everything you need to cook up a whole hot meal. Utensils were complete. Spacious suite and comfortable bed and linens. Pet friendly! $100 extra I was able to bring my best buddy with me.
